Senior Project Manager, Delivery and Trafficking Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery & Trafficking operations leader to join our team at NBCUniversal. As a Senior Project Manager, Delivery & Trafficking Ops, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of assets and optimizing systems, tools, and processes for Brand & Sports Ops at Peacock and its key programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the intake and delivery of marketing assets for Awareness campaigns in partnership with Brand PMOs.
  • Interpret spec briefing documents to input marketing needs into our creative ordering system (Airtable) for all channels, platforms, and placements.
  • Liaise with Brand PMOs to ensure cross-functional alignment and provide assurance around dependencies.
  • Coordinate asset traffic across various channels including video, audio, digital, device, CTV, OOH, and awareness social.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the technical requirements of all media specs across channels and platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree level or equivalent, 6+ years' experience leading delivery & trafficking assets for campaigns.
  • Self-starter, able to consistently deliver without requiring significant oversight and direction.
  • Strong political acumen, able to tailor style and approach to influence teams and individuals to gain the commitment and performance required to deliver.
  • Passion for producing highly detailed work, and for leading correctness and accuracy across wide breadth of assignments.
  • Highly collaborative, able to build mutually beneficial relationships with delivery teams.
  • Comfortable with uncertainty, but with the drive to establish order and structure.
  • Keen understanding of how to consistently 'move the ball forward' in varied circumstances.
  • Ability and desire to continually learn and improve the status quo.
  • Culture carrier with strong leadership skills to drive, deliver, develop, and inspire.
  • Ability to listen, challenge, reimagine, build, and connect across internal teams, the enterprise, and the industry.
What We Offer

NBCUniversal offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $125,000 (bonus eligible) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.

This position is eligible for company-sponsored benefits and is a hybrid role, contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
