Job Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for leading the store team and ensuring the consistent execution of all company objectives, policies, and procedures. This includes inspiring associates to succeed, instilling high levels of customer service, and driving business growth in a profitable manner.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales growth.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to ensure team members meet performance expectations.
  • Customer Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
    • Strong knowledge of the auto parts industry.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly and retain information.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • ASE Certification preferred but not necessary at the time of hire.
    • Minimum of 1-3 years of retail management experience in the auto industry preferred.
