Position Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to establish a career with a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring SS9 for orders by operation center and confirming the appropriate resources in each operation center using Arcos.
  • Ensuring the validity and workability of orders in S.A.P. and dispatching them to the relevant field resources in S.S.9.
  • After the morning deployment, handling calls from Distribution Service Technicians and assisting with order modifications to meet their requests.
  • Responding to calls and emails from various Hybrid-Customer Care teams to address ongoing customer concerns throughout the day.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Proficiency in S.A.P. and S.S.9, along with general computer skills.

Work Schedule
This position operates on a rotating schedule from 6 AM to 5 PM, with overtime included. The workweek is hybrid, with specific days designated for remote work and in-office attendance.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this role ranges from $20 to $23 per hour. As a Customer Service Specialist with The BarTech Group, Inc., you will benefit from a comprehensive compensation package, which includes:
