Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Stockroom Associate to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, embody customer experience principles, and maintain a positive store culture.
  • Store Maintenance: Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Merchandising: Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, and maintain merchandising philosophy and standards.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with peers and supervisors, and participate in store recovery and safety awareness initiatives.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with customers.
  • Communication and Organization: Possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
Benefits
