We are seeking a highly skilled Pavement Marking Technician II to join our team at RoadSafe Traffic Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of traffic control devices and pavement markings on highways and roadways.
Key Responsibilities- Install Traffic Control Devices: Safely install and maintain traffic control devices, including signs, cones, and barriers, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Pavement Marking Expertise: Apply knowledge of pavement marking techniques and materials to ensure accurate and durable markings on highways and roadways.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of experienced technicians and supervisors to ensure seamless execution of projects and meet customer expectations.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all traffic control devices and pavement markings meet industry standards and regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in traffic control or pavement marking industry.
- Certifications: ATSSA TCT Certification, ATSSA Pavement Marking Tech Certification, First Aid and CPR Certification, Smith Driver Training, Forklift Certification, TMA Operation and Certification, Slica Training, and Verizon Connect.
- Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
