About the Product Experience Team

We're a creative group of people who love to learn, collaborate, and solve large-scale problems. We're looking for an inquisitive and talented Product Designer to join our team and work on significant, meaningful, and complex problems with real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate talent and passion for designing end-to-end user experiences.
  • Distill complex, technical problems into approachable products and features using ideation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to work through technical tradeoffs that affect products and roadmaps.
  • Partner with other designers on the design team to collaborate on shared patterns, product vision, and design goals.
  • Facilitate design reviews with cross-functional teams.
  • Influence and contribute to the internal design process and team culture.
  • Make time to mentor entry-level designers on the team and share your craft, learning as you teach.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally designing technical tools for business.
  • Experience designing for growth, including acquisition, conversion, and retention experiences.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decision-making.
  • Ability to advocate for user-centered design and be the voice of customers.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical expertise and an understanding of network services are a plus.
