Job Title: Cardiology Account Specialist

At scPharmaceuticals, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that transform the outpatient care of acute conditions. As a Cardiology Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the cardiovascular market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales budgets while maintaining a deep understanding of the heart failure market and its stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic customer and institutional plans to drive business growth and expand our presence in the cardiovascular market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide thought leadership and input to commercial and medical colleagues on field-based knowledge and strategic planning.
  • Prepare and present territory plans, marketing initiatives, and sales reports to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college/university.
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience in pharma specialty, hospital, or medical device/diagnostic, or in-kind experience/expertise.
  • 1-year institutional sales experience preferred, with IDN experience being a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of high achievement, with a strong team player approach and customer service mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
  • Prior experience working in a large geography, with the ability to travel overnight as needed.
