Job Summary

Custom Truck One Source is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical, hydraulic, or powertrain-related issues on construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose equipment issues to determine the root cause of the problem
  • Perform repairs and adjustments to ensure equipment is functioning properly
  • Verify work performed and road test vehicles as necessary
  • Prepare inspection reports, repair orders, and time cards accurately
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in utility truck maintenance and repair
  • Must have tools and be able to utilize laptop to access information and perform diagnostic tests
  • Current CDL preferred, but will train the right candidate
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven commitment to safety
