We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team. This role involves providing top-notch care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the treatment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Measure and record vital signs, initiate cannulation, and perform patient observations
- Set up and operate hemodialysis machines with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for each patient
Requirements:
- National certification as a Patient Care Technician or equivalent experience
- High School diploma or GED required; previous patient care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and colleagues alike
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $18.00 - $25.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
