The University of California, San Francisco, Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology, is seeking a dedicated translational scientist to lead research initiatives in the area of valvular heart disease.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will possess a PhD, MD, or MD/PhD degree(s) and should ideally have experience at the Assistant Professor level or above. We are looking for an individual with a well-established, independent research program that focuses on:
- Mechanisms of valvular heart disease
- Bioprosthetic heart valve degeneration
- Cardiac devices
- Other relevant areas of heart valve research
