Starmaker II LLC is seeking a skilled Screen Printer to join our team. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for printing various items such as paper, mugs, clothes, and more. Your primary duties will include mixing inks to develop the required color for printing, creating innovative and artistic designs, and maintaining and servicing the printing machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving orders from coworkers for printing
- Estimating time and cost required to finish final products
- Preparing inks and printing materials for printing
- Calibrating the printer before printing designs
- Loading the required design to the screen for printing
- Adjusting screen plates and pressure rollers
- Loading printed items and inspecting for faults
- Maintaining the machine and supervising its parts on a weekly basis
- Solving technical problems during the printing process
- Collaborating with team members to finish orders on time
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work experience as a Screen Printer
- Ability to create innovative designs
- Strong physical stamina with ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team
- Willingness to work for long periods of time
- Ability to work in chemical-smelling environments
- Amazing hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
