Role Summary

In the role of Catering Manager, you will oversee in-house catering operations, ensuring seamless execution of all catering functions. You will coordinate with the catering sales and culinary teams, manage equipment maintenance, and maintain inventory levels.

  • Complete daily reporting and month-end closing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and training materials.
  • Drive revenue development initiatives.
  • Promote the sale of profitable services.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and analyses.
  • Manage billing and payment processes according to company standards.
  • Utilize performance management tools to guide team development.
  • Encourage a collaborative work environment to enhance productivity.
  • Conduct regular meetings to maintain open communication.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members in line with company standards.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and culinary arts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
