Electrical Superintendent Job Description

Romanoff Group, a leading electrical services company, is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Supervise and train electrical technicians, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and final project close-out.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical field supervision or project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading electrical projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train electrical technicians.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and navigate confined spaces.
