With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine project scope, locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required
    • Identify all necessary tools and equipment for tasks
    • Conduct site inspections to identify safety risks and implement necessary precautions
  • Electrical Installation
    • Assemble and install electrical equipment, including termination of wires and cables
    • Test electrical components for continuity and proper voltage readings
    • Inspect electrical equipment and components to identify hazards and ensure proper operation
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide on-site direction and leadership to workers
    • Manage material, deadlines, and quality control of installations
    • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years documented field work or completion of 4-year electrical apprenticeship program
  • Qualifications
    • Excellent understanding of the electrical industry
    • Experience finding and repairing faults in electrical systems
    • Ability to meet all physical requirements, including working at heights and in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensed Journeyman Electrician
  • Multi-family project experience
  • OSHA 30 hour Training
