About the Job: American Driver Recruitment Agency offers a unique opportunity for CDL A Graduates to start their truck driving career with our company. We provide comprehensive training and offer competitive pay rates.

  • We hire drivers from AL, CT, DE, GA, IN, KY, MA, RI, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, WV, VA, VT, FL.
  • Our routes primarily take us east of the MS river, but we occasionally run to the West Coast.
Compensation:

During your 200-250 hour training period, you can expect to earn $1400-$1680 per week. After completing training, you will start at $0.56 CPM and average 2500-3000 miles per week with raises every three-six months to a top pay of $0.64 CPM in five years.

Benefits:

We offer full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, PTO, and more. As a driver with our agency, you will also have the opportunity to have a rider and pet once you finish training.

Requirements:
  • You must be 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
  • You should have a relatively clean driving record in your personal vehicle with no speeding tickets over 15mph, no serious accidents, no DUIs in the last 5 years, and no more than one in your lifetime. You should not have any misdemeanors or felonies in the last ten years and none involving children ever.
  • You cannot have failed or refused a DOT Drug or alcohol test.
