Job Title: Enterprise Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team at Motion Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing the architectural direction of our global insurance company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a multi-year roadmap for the company's IT architecture
  • Make decisions on overall architectural changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural changes
  • Communicate complex plans and mentor other architects to ensure plans are executed fully and efficiently

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT engineering and architecture
  • Experience designing and developing internal IT architecture
  • Experience with cloud computing services
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools
