Position Summary:

We are looking for a committed Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role will focus on operational expenditures, particularly in the areas of selling, general, and administrative expenses (SG&A), as well as workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the designated business unit.

  • Prepare and manage periodic financial close packages.
  • Oversee workforce planning, including budgeting for headcount and employee costs.
  • Aggregate and analyze data from various sources to enhance forecast accuracy.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities proactively.
  • Manage the annual planning process, ensuring alignment between bottom-up requests and top-down guidelines.
  • Ensure the accuracy of master data and organizational changes for assigned business units.
  • Resolve issues related to systems and processes, and efficiently compile necessary data for ad hoc requests.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to phase out outdated reporting methods.
  • Assist with various analytics projects and additional requests as needed.
  • Maintain a willingness to learn and seek guidance when necessary.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and data analytics tools (intermediate Power BI skills and SQL knowledge are a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with FP&A systems such as JDE, Hyperion, Workforce Planning, SmartView, and Oracle EPM.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Experience in generating management reports and handling SG&A budgeting and forecasting.
