About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA therapy sessions in the client's natural environment, teaching essential skills such as communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
  • Work one-on-one with children with autism, building rapport and assisting with daily activities.
  • Collaborate with the client's family to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA therapy.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift or move approximately 50 pounds and assume various postures for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
