Staff Nurse ICU Medical

Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU). As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical center.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
- New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse and current registration or valid permit to practice in New York State as an RN
- Basic Life Support Training
- Infection Control Training
- Associates Degree in Nursing Required
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing Preferred
- Effective English communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems
