Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and mission-driven Registered Nurse to join our team at Renton Health and Rehabilitation. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide patient care to residents, work collaboratively with members of the healthcare team, and serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
  • Comply with state and federal regulations
  • Work collaboratively with members of the healthcare team
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
