About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Senior Proposal Coordinator to join our team at Quality Enterprises USA.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and preparing comprehensive bid proposals for civil construction projects. This role requires exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within tight deadlines.

This is a critical role that plays a vital part in the success of our business. If you have experience in bid coordination, construction administration, or a related field and possess excellent organizational and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, organize, and format civil construction bids, ensuring accuracy and completeness of technical, financial, and legal documentation.
  • Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for bid submissions.
  • Maintain and update bid templates to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
  • Write clear, concise, and professional bid narratives, ensuring all information is organized, accurate, and tailored to client specifications.
  • Review and proofread all bid documents for accuracy, grammar, and clarity before submission.
  • Track and maintain a repository of bid documents, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible for future reference.
  • Coordinate bid timelines, ensuring deadlines for bid submission are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or management preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in bid coordination, construction administration, or a related role required.
  • General knowledge of government bid preparation and submission required.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to organize large volumes of information.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
