Key Responsibilities:Field Duties:
  • Attend to 4 or more customer sites daily.
  • Manage on-site work orders and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Work across various sectors, including property management, hospitality, and construction.
Customer Interaction:
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to clients and property managers.
  • Document work progress and updates in our CRM system.
  • Maintain communication with the support team for any questions.
Repair Process:

  • Utilize tools from your custom toolkit effectively.

We seek individuals with experience in bathtub fabrication or installation. Familiarity with materials such as fiberglass, gel coat, enameled steel, and acrylic is essential, as you will be repairing damages that occur during or after installation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in fields like construction, manufacturing, or painting.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to identify and match colors accurately; an artistic background is beneficial.
