Job Title: Helpdesk Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Helpdesk Technician to join our team at Insight Global. As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and collaborating with other IT functions to resolve problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Collaborate with other IT functions to resolve problems and restore service
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient knowledge of printers, desktops, laptops, and networking equipment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office solutions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to problem solve, learn quickly, and multi-task
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
