Spectrum Industries is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Salesperson Trainee. As a trainee, you will be an integral part of our sales team and will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company.
Our stores are the heart of our business, with over 1,900 locations in 17 countries across Europe. We are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and a wide range of fashion products.
We are looking for open-minded and competent team players who share our passion for fashion and customer service. As a Salesperson Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn about the textile retail industry in a live and direct manner.
Your Responsibilities:- Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent customer service
- Learn about our products and services and be able to make recommendations to customers
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge
- Take on departmental responsibilities and contribute to the success of our team
