Job Description:

As a Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our client. The ideal candidate will have experience processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and process customer invoices in accordance with company policies and client agreements
  • Review and verify billing data for accuracy, including rates, quantities, and any discounts or promotions
  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Work with clients to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes and negotiate payment plans when necessary
  • Maintain accurate and organized billing records, ensuring that documentation is complete and readily accessible for auditing purposes
  • Respond to client inquiries related to billing and invoicing in a professional and customer-focused manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service while addressing billing concerns and questions
  • Collaborate with the sales, customer service, and accounts receivable teams to resolve billing issues and improve processes
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on billing activities, collections, and outstanding balances to the finance department

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing and documenting financial transactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that invoices are delivered in a timely manner. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy.
