Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Engineer III to join our facilities team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate logs on all equipment, ensuring a safe working environment, and performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate logs on all equipment and ensure a safe working environment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Five (5) years of experience in an acute healthcare setting
  • Ability to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blueprints
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Certified and/or licensed in a specified trade related to healthcare engineering (Steam boiler, HVAC, etc)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
