Job Summary

The Instrument Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of plant instrumentation and control systems. This position requires a high degree of technical expertise and attention to detail to maintain and calibrate equipment to meet ISO 9002 standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Calibration and maintenance of plant instrumentation to meet strict quality standards.
  • Effective communication with production and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical and control system issues.
  • Installation and testing of electrical equipment and control systems.
  • Development and implementation of electrical and control system designs.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical and control systems maintenance and repair.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of MRPII systems, such as SAP.
  • Master Electrician or Industrial Maintenance Electrician license and Control System Technician certification preferred.
