Job Title: Registered Nurse

ScionHealth - Kindred Cornerstone & Solara Hospitals is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Northlake, Illinois.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Med Surg department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in discharge planning and education to ensure patients receive necessary support and resources.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited BSN program or equivalent.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • Minimum six months of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
Benefits:
  • $48.00/hour
