Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at ScionHealth - Kindred Cornerstone & Solara Hospitals. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. This includes developing nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff, communicating changes in patient condition with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and participating in discharge planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process

  • Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in discharge planning
Requirements:
  • Graduated from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • BCLS certification is required; ACLS preferred
  • Minimum six months of experience as a Registered Nurse with Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
