We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual paramedic to join our team as an EMT Specialist. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide effective coaching and counseling skills to patients and colleagues.
- Make decisions determining donor eligibility and seek guidance from Center Physician and Center Management as needed.
- Advise and consult with donors/customers and coordinate with Center Management team to ensure successful operation standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service to donors and fellow employees.
- Attend staff meetings and other team meetings as required.
- Ability to multi-task and work as a team player.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Graduate of a recognized educational program.
- Currently licensed or certified in the state where duties will be assigned: Licensed Paramedic (EMT-P).
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification required.
- Ability to fluently and proficiently speak and read in both English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
