Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual paramedic to join our team as an EMT Specialist. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective coaching and counseling skills to patients and colleagues.
  • Make decisions determining donor eligibility and seek guidance from Center Physician and Center Management as needed.
  • Advise and consult with donors/customers and coordinate with Center Management team to ensure successful operation standards are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors and fellow employees.
  • Attend staff meetings and other team meetings as required.
  • Ability to multi-task and work as a team player.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized educational program.
  • Currently licensed or certified in the state where duties will be assigned: Licensed Paramedic (EMT-P).
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification required.
  • Ability to fluently and proficiently speak and read in both English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
