Tour Consultant Group Sales Expert

EF Education First is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tour Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and develop a network of Group Coordinators to sell EF's group travel programs to universities, schools, and community groups.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound sales efforts and relationship building.
- Present the benefits of becoming a Group Coordinator, including opportunities for free travel and other incentives.
- Manage a pipeline of potential Group Coordinators and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.
- Coach Group Coordinators on how to expand their groups and maximize traveler numbers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong sales and business development background, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
