Job Summary:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess individuals' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including implementing behavior intervention plans and teaching adaptive skills
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment goals
  • Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Familiarity with behavioral health practices and interventions
  • Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
