Job Summary:As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess individuals' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including implementing behavior intervention plans and teaching adaptive skills
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment goals
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with behavioral health practices and interventions
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
