Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Lincoln, PA. This role involves working within a school environment, providing essential speech and language therapy services to students in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that address each student's unique needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to address issues related to articulation, phonology, fluency, voice, and language.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to create an integrated approach to student success.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on students' communication development.
  • Educate staff and family members on effective communication strategies and techniques to support student progress outside of therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Pennsylvania state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred; however, Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working in school-based settings is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
