Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our production team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling a diverse range of fixture and cabinetry products, working closely with our Production Supervisor to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble fixtures and cabinetry with precision and attention to detail.
  • Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and drawings to produce fixtures and solid surfaces within tolerances and specifications.
  • Gather and assemble kits, ensuring all necessary components are included.
  • Operate drill, table saw, chop saw, router, sanding equipment, stapler, and other power and hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Install hardware, such as hinges and handles, and package products for shipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Less than one year of cabinet building experience is preferred.
  • Ability to read fixture drawings and interpret plans and blueprints.
  • Proficient with drill, table saw, chop saw, router, sanding equipment, stapler, and other power and hand tools.
  • Ability to measure dimensions and angles accurately.
  • Good arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing workmanship.
