Key Responsibilities- Assemble and test electronic components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Follow quality policies and procedures to ensure high-quality products.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities to optimize production processes.
- Build and test products as directed by Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Perform work to efficiency and utilization standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year experience in the electronics industry.
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English to enable clear communication and comprehension of internal company documentation.
- Basic math skills required to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Able to perform basic data entry transactions.
- Must achieve a passing score on the IPC Component Identification course.
This position requires frequent standing, walking, and sitting. Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Vision requirements include close and distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
