Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test electronic components according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Follow quality policies and procedures to ensure high-quality products.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities to optimize production processes.
  • Build and test products as directed by Team Leader/Supervisor.
  • Perform work to efficiency and utilization standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year experience in the electronics industry.
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English to enable clear communication and comprehension of internal company documentation.
  • Basic math skills required to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Able to perform basic data entry transactions.
  • Must achieve a passing score on the IPC Component Identification course.
Physical Demands

This position requires frequent standing, walking, and sitting. Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Vision requirements include close and distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
