Join Our Team as a Control Systems Optimization Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to optimize and maintain control systems at Amazon's facilities. As a Control Systems Optimization Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve equipment performance, availability, and quality.

About the Role
This position requires 7+ years of experience working in industrial controls and automation, with expertise in troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of material handling control systems, PLC/PC controllers, and SCADA/OEE platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Optimize and maintain control systems to improve equipment performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 4+ years' experience in maintenance or 2+ years Amazon experience.
  • Experience leading change management in multiple site environments.

Benefits
