Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the work assignments of Security Ambassadors and Sr. Security Ambassadors
  • Provide direct mentoring to Public Safety Lead, Visitor Management Ambassador, and Public Safety Ambassador personnel
  • Provide service, information, and aid to patients, guests, staff, and physicians
  • Respond to requests for assistance and provide patrol of property to ensure safety and security
  • Comply with and enforce University Health System and departmental policies and regulations
  • Complete VMA/PSL/PSA work schedules and approve time off requests
  • Promote University Health System's Guest Relations Policy

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent is required
  • Five years of experience in a related field such as security, detention, or loss prevention is preferred
  • Three years in a supervisory capacity is preferred
