Plumber Specialist

Kohler Company, a leading manufacturer of plumbing products, is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join their Kohler Services team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with customers, installing KOHLER brand products that exceed industry standards.

• Install and maintain plumbing systems, including water heater installations and replacements.
• Ensure accurate suitability of proposed work areas, identifying potential defects that may impact installation quality.
• Communicate with customers, explaining the installation process and providing warranty information.
• Perform testing to ensure proper and safe operation of installed systems.
• Maintain a clean and professional work area, adhering to company standards.

• Journeyman Plumber License in the State of Minnesota.
• Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber, with a strong track record of quality installations.
• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Five plus years of bathroom remodeling or installation experience, with a preference for experience in bathroom installation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs and stand for long periods, with occasional crawling and crouching.
• Ability to operate company vehicles, with a satisfactory MVR required.
