Job Title: Journeyman Plumber, Minneapolis

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our team at Kohler Services in Minneapolis. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations of Kohler brand products, exceeding customer expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure Kohler shower and walk-in bath products, including water heater additions or replacements.
  • Ensure accurate suitability of proposed work area prior to demolition or start of work, identifying visible defects that may impact installation standards.
  • Confirm installation details with customers prior to start, using a confirmation form to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Perform testing to ensure proper and safe operation, maintaining a clean and professional work area throughout the installation process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including warranty information, product demonstrations, and final payment collection.
  • Timely reporting and updates in CRM, as directed by the Supervisor - Installer.
  • Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments, aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Journeyman Plumber License in the State of Minnesota.
  • Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber.
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Five plus years of bathroom remodeling or installation experience, with experience in bathroom installation preferred.
  • Proven communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 100lbs and stand for long periods, with occasional crawling and crouching.
  • Ability to operate company vehicle, with a satisfactory MVR required.
