Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to lead our young preschool classroom. As a Preschool Teacher Leader, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for 3-year-old children who are still potty training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming and engaging classroom space that fosters learning and growth.
  • Develop young minds and inspire a love of learning using a growth mindset.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
  • Establish a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues.
  • Support the center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for the education and care of children.
  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
  • An associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
