Job Summary

Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) seeks a skilled Clinical Educator to enhance the performance of its employees through education. The ideal candidate will plan, develop, and implement education offerings that align with the organization's mission, vision, policies, and key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver education programs for employees in inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to identify education needs and develop targeted training programs.
  • Design and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of education programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in clinical education.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Three years of clinical experience, including experience in an acute and/or ambulatory care setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Crisis Prevention Institute certification.
  • Ability to travel to other system locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Experience in an academic or instructional setting.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support or Pediatric Advanced Life Support Recognition and Instructor certification.
