Configuration Management Specialist - Turbine Systems

Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be part of a well-organized Configuration Management Support Engineering team focused on Heavy Duty and Aeroderivative Turbines. Responsibilities include gathering, tracking, and formalizing project technical documentation for clients, managing technical information and project workflows on an ERP platform, and collaborating with various departments (Engineering, Procurement, Planning, etc.). You will also be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, comments, and change requests in alignment with company policies and project scopes.

Qualification Requirements:

  • BSc / MSc in Mechanical or Energy Engineering or a related field
  • Basic understanding of technical design with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings (CAD knowledge is a plus)
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with turbomachines is advantageous but not essential
  • Demonstrated commitment, precision, flexibility, proactivity, and reliability
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel for business (both short and long-term)
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
