Field Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Trainer to join our team at Nightforce Optics. As a Field Trainer, you will be responsible for developing, facilitating, and delivering product and sales training to dealers, consumers, and staff using various facilitation techniques and methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our customers and staff
• Provide expert technical advice on our product line and features
• Assist in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for each sales group and department
• Participate in product development workshops as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in a related field or equivalent education and experience totaling seven years
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience in assisting with creating technical and soft skill training
• Ability to relate to diverse audiences and adjust message quickly and effectively
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Programs, especially PowerPoint
• Comfortable with public speaking and video and live streaming of training presentations
