Job Description:
This role involves developing and implementing market plans to drive profitable growth and market development in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of all products offered by Cornerstone Building Brands, particularly simple metal buildings. They will also demonstrate a complete understanding of key customers' businesses and critical measures that drive each account.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals
- Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Reed's Metals in the market with a primary focus on simple metal buildings
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer's business and the critical measures that drive each account
- Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
- Ability to work with a variety of Operating Systems
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Cornerstone Building Brand's associates, customers, subsidiaries and agents
- Ability to analyze market conditions and competition to develop strategic responses to opportunities
- Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential
- 50-70% travel in market
