Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to provide support across a K-12 caseload in Oswego, IL. This role involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide social work services to students addressing emotional, behavioral, and social issues.
- Conduct assessments, offer counseling, and provide resources to support student well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and interactions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans.
Requirements:
- Must hold an Illinois Social Worker license with the appropriate certifications.
