Key Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Katalyst Healthcares and Life Sciences, you will leverage your strong engineering background in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, and Industrial Engineering to drive new product introductions and optimize manufacturing processes. Your expertise in process control and tools will enable you to manage and execute manufacturing process flow and diagrams effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating among team members and departments within Manufacturing and Engineering, utilizing your strong verbal and communication skills. Your experience in change management, project management, and LEAN manufacturing will be invaluable in implementing process improvements and creating plan roadmaps for product manufacturing.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of manufacturing process flow and diagrams
* Experience in process control and tools
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work in a matrix organization
* Familiarity with CAPEX projects and LEAN manufacturing
