Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the organization in community and industry activities, promoting our interests and referring sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement the team's structure and staffing plan, contributing to strategic planning and policy development.
  • Manage a profitable commercial loan portfolio and participate in client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other departments to evaluate loan requests and ensure efficient operations.
  • Select and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, and provide guidance and training.
  • Drive business development initiatives and prepare performance reports.
  • Maintain accurate eCredit files and ensure compliance with information security policies.
  • Stay updated on regulatory compliance and industry trends, recommending procedural changes as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • Preferred: Master's Degree in business administration or equivalent.

Work Experience

  • Required: 10+ years in commercial lending, with 3+ years in a managerial or Lead role.
