Position Overview:
  • You will be responsible for helping residents find their next home by touring and selling our residential apartment communities to prospective residents.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with prospective residents, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Develop creative strategies to market our communities and follow through on every lead.
  • Work closely with the Property Management team to meet leasing and renewal goals for the property.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales and marketing experience, with a focus on creative strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based PCs and proficiency in Microsoft Office apps.
  • Experience with collaboration apps, including Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
