  • Set clear expectations that enhance the learning experience.
  • Encourage and recognize student attendance and participation.
  • Maintain high expectations for student performance.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate with parents regarding student progress.
  • Organize teaching methods to maximize instructional time.
  • Prepare and execute lesson plans that meet educational objectives.
  • Follow grading policies and maintain accurate student records.
  • Respect confidentiality regarding students and staff.
