Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en una disciplina relacionada. Se prefiere maestría.
  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia relacionada con maestría o 10 años con licenciatura.
  • Certificaciones: IAT II (DoD 8570).
  • Certificación de Gerente de Centro de Soporte HDI (HDI-SCM) o equivalente (ITIL, etc.).
  • Experiencia en DHA es altamente preferida.
  • Supervisión y coordinación de actividades de Especialistas, Coordinadores o Técnicos de Servicio de IT.
  • Identificación, diagnóstico y resolución de problemas en sistemas de información para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad de aplicaciones y personal.
  • Asistencia a usuarios de computadoras con preguntas y problemas de hardware y software.
  • Capacidad para realizar tareas complejas de manera independiente y supervisar a otros.
